The room is beautiful, the staff is friendly, good location, comfortable, clean, and has a delicious breakfast.
You offered me a price. Which you charged me more for and that really pissed me off. Plus I had to pay for breakfast on the side every day and canceled. The hotel cashier swallowed my card. I asked them to help me and they didn't. It cost me a lot of money to pay for the taxi that was waiting outside for more than half an hour. They told me that the bank of Chile had to solve the card problem. Which the bank had to do. The ATM was in the hotel the next day no one cared about me without breakfast or lunch and very sadly they went to the piles on vacation and I still had two days to come from there to tell everything bad they distrusted me. They told me that I had no balance. They told me that I had no balance and that I was lying when I traveled with 2000 dollars plus 800 soles and dollars in bills that I had already spent. And a fair explanation why I paid more for the hotel thanks to the first time I traveled to Peru and I'm alone I have no husband to defend me.

Everything was good, personnel was very very helpful and well-mannered. Its location a few steps away from Alfonso Ugarte Park was good and magnificent. You could walk to a mall and a supermarket. The restaurant was cosy for lunch, I tried excellent dishes. The beds where big and I had a private safe, a minibar, and an electronic key card...

Consider bringing your own snacks as the mini-bar isn't accessible without staff assistance, which can be inconvenient.

The hotel overcharged me through the following way. 1. through the Booked.net the reservation price is denominated by US dollars. In my case, it was 165+10% tax = 181 dollars 2. If you pay by credit card when checking out, the hotel will charge you by Peruvian Nuevo Sol with terrible exchange rate. In my case, it was 181*2.85=515 Peruvian Nuevo Sol, while the exchange rate should be around 2.5. In the end, I need to paid more than US 200 dollars. 3. Just to be aware of this.

great service but needs better room features
The breakfast options exceeded my expectations, with delicious choices. The staff, especially the restaurant manager Juan Carlos Santos, provided really good care during our meals.
The room I stayed in could have used more modern amenities.

As a single traveler, I appreciated the spacious room and modern amenities were great, but the shower pressure could use some improvement for such a modern setting.
